1. Continually assess how you are managing your time.
We suggest using a Time Blocking method to keep yourself selling as well as tending to your current clients. Pending cases and client emails/calls easily can get looked over when you are focused on the next sale, but we can assure you, keeping clients on the books is equally as important!

2. What task/job can you easily hand over to a spouse or an employee?
As agents grow they quickly want to spend their time more wisely, find which tasks you can outsource. If you need guidance with this just ask us!

3. Source better leads!
Buy A-Leads, join a networking group, ask for referrals from current clients, canvas business districts,
drop off marketing materials-pens, business cards, flyers
There are many ways you can find new potential clients, it all comes down to which way you prefer.
4. Market to your current clients.
You have already created a relationship with them, why not go back and add an additional health product or discuss their Life Insurance options with them. You will find it is an easier conversation to have that they may not have been open to the first time you spoke.
5. Work smarter not harder!
How are you keeping in touch with your clients? Do you have an email list?
How are you tracking which clients are ready for renewals?
Do you have automated appointment reminders for clients?
