Your first 15 Days matter!

Your focus in your first 15 days is to learn one under 65 Health product. 
At this time that is Philadelphia American, but this could always change in the future. We recommend focusing your product knowledge and pitch on this single carrier until you feel comfortable with it. This will likely be the number one product you are selling to your clients in the beginning. Once you have mastered this, we will show you how to optimize your client's plan by paring it with other carriers.

Network with local businesses in your area

Create a Business Facebook Page

If you have current client's, are their policies still the best option?

Buy Leads! 
A-Leads, B-Leads, or Blast Leads

Fill your calendar with appointments! We suggest making Monday and Tuesday phone days, get on the phone or out in the area and collect your Fact Finders, fill your calendar with appointments. Then, the rest of the week you are focused on presenting and closing. Use Friday as a day either on the phones to setup the following week or following back up with cases you did not close originally. 

This is a game of "Follow the Leader". You will want to plug in to everything that is available to you, and know that you are in business for yourself but not by yourself! 
Watch training videos, read the startup resources, join the Facebook group, our agent Slack channel, and get ready to soak it all in.  We will show you everything you need to duplicate what your up-line does.

Here are things you can do now...

1. Meet with John and/or Amanda to map out the best plan for your business.
Discuss your goals and desires, how you currently do business? How much money do you want to make and specifically in the first 90 days?  How many hours per week can you commit to your business?

2. Start working on your "List of 100".
These are people you can market to that you already have a connection with.
Who is your hairdresser? The guy that fixed your plumbing? Your lawn guy? What friends/family pay for their own Health Insurance or need setup with Life Insurance? Who's the sponsor on your kid's soccer jersey, are they a small business? 

Now highlight 5-10 of those who you want to talk to this week.

3. Get on the training calls and Deep Dives located in the USABG Back Office! Some trainings are repeated weekly incase you miss them, but the Monday Agent call and the Wednesday Deep Dives are new each week. *Hot Tip* Monday calls can qualify you for FREE LEADS!

4. Setup your website! Load your product links and additional content to your website for your clients to see.

5. Get connected. Make sure you are on John's Business Facebook page as well as the two USA Benefits Group Facebook pages for great content to share on your business page.

6. Setup your Health Sherpa account to sell ACA Plans.
Create your user account- Login- Go to Settings- Join Agency- Enter Code 8DD6
